Hey there! I'm AJ Briggs, an expert in helping high achievers navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My passion lies in partnering with clients to create lasting change, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
In my professional practice, I’ve concentrated on providing support for individuals experiencing Work-Place Trauma, navigating through Social and Emotional challenges, as well as offering In-home therapy services tailored for families dealing with difficulties such as co-parenting.
In my current practice, high achievers learn to manage imposter syndrome, enhance focus, cope with emotional challenges, and improve relationships. Additionally, mental health providers benefit from tailored training, licensing guidance, and financial empowerment. Couples, families, and friends find help addressing conflicts, communication breakdowns, and building emotional safety.
Outside of therapy, I prioritize my own self-care through hobbies like aerial silks, paddleboarding, and dancing. I look forward to learning what strengths and interests you have and how we can bring them into therapy!
